Ada Hukki-Aitala
Specialist in Surgery and Plastic Surgery
I am a specialist in plastic surgery and a mother of two small children. I received my plastic surgery training at Tampere University Hospital and have worked in the public sector for several years. Currently, my main work is in aesthetic plastic surgery. I have completed the prestigious international ISAPS fellowship program in aesthetic plastic surgery at Villa Bella Clinic in Northern Italy.
In plastic surgery, I am fascinated by the versatility of the field. Patients range from babies to elderly, and a plastic surgeon must be able to work on any part of the body. Excellent knowledge of anatomy is essential for a plastic surgeon, and I appreciate the precision of the profession and the fact that in addition to good functional results, an aesthetically beautiful outcome is always the goal.
My special expertise includes facial surgery, breast surgery, and body contouring procedures such as tummy tucks and liposuction. I also have years of experience in injection treatments. I don’t want to create unnatural results; my goal is always that after the procedure, the client looks like the best version of themselves.
As a doctor, I am very approachable and communicative. It’s important to me that the client always understands what we’re doing and why. I listen carefully to the client’s wishes, and we always make decisions in mutual understanding. Welcome!
Jyri Hukki
Specialist in Plastic Surgery, professor
I am Jyri Hukki, a specialist in surgery and plastic surgery, and a docent in plastic surgery. I have worked as a plastic surgeon for over 30 years in both Finland and Estonia. In 1990, I completed my doctorate in medicine, and since 2003, I have been a docent in plastic surgery at Helsinki University Central Hospital. I completed my specialist training in facial and cranial surgery at the internationally renowned craniofacial institute in Dallas, Texas.
The President of the Republic granted me the title of Professor h.c. in 2016, and I have the pleasure of being a frequently invited lecturer at international plastic surgery conferences. I am also an active member of the international facial and cranial surgery association.
During my career, I have had the opportunity to work extensively in both adult and pediatric plastic surgery. At the Children’s Plastic Surgery Center at Töölö Hospital, HUSUKE, I have treated facial, jaw, and cranial malformations in children and adolescents, and have served as the center’s chief physician for several years. Additionally, I have published over 60 scientific articles in international plastic surgery publications and textbooks. In aesthetic surgery, my specialty areas are facial, breast, and body procedures, where I aim for natural results that support the client’s well-being.
I spend my free time with family and playing with my two wonderful grandchildren. I also enjoy traveling and culture, which bring joy and inspiration to my life. In my work, I consider it important to combine experience, top-level expertise, and a warm approach, so that every client feels they are in professional and reliable hands.
